About Provider

Nadine McFarlane, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner, Nadine McFarlane, received her training at South University In Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Being a native from Jamaica and not having access to quality healthcare as a child; ignited Nurse practitioner McFarlane’s passion to help those who can’t help themselves. Nurse Practitioner McFarlane attended Lauderdale Lakes Middle School, Boyd Anderson High School, and later Miami-Dade college.

After which, she completed her graduate studies at South University in Royal Palm Beach Florida. Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Boca Regional Hospital, Florida Medical Center, and Memorial Regional Emergency Department for a total of 10 years.

While working at Florida Medical Center her interest was sparked to help the underserved patients within her community after recognizing an increasing burden for diabetes, hypertension, and stroke within this community. The passion to dismantle barriers that prevent access to quality care was reignited.

It is her mission to help pave the road to health equality and prevent health disparities within our community regardless of our race, religion, country of origin, and/ or sexual preferences.
